The work speaks.
I coach the work, not the vibe. Clean technique first. Conditioning that compounds. Ring time that earns confidence.
— My story
I started boxing at 16 in London, trained by Ricardo Williams — England Olympic boxing coach. Learning the craft from someone who's coached at the highest level shaped how I think about the sport, and how I coach now.
I fought amateur. Trained alongside elite national champions in gyms across London and Dubai. Spent years in serious rooms, learning what actually moves the needle for fighters at every level — beginner to competitive.
I started coaching in 2020. Haven't looked back since. The work makes sense to me — building people up, technique by technique, until something clicks. The fundamentals win every time.
Whether you're stepping into a ring for the first time or prepping for your next amateur bout, the standard doesn't change. We do the work, every session, until something becomes second nature.
— How I coach
Three principles.
Technique first.
Power means nothing if your mechanics are broken. We build the foundation properly, even if it takes longer.
Honest feedback.
I'll tell you what's working and what isn't. No empty praise. The progress is the reward.
Patient pressure.
Push hard, but earn it. We add intensity when the basics are clean — not before.
